The hotel was straightforward and extremely convenient with marvellous location really close to ghirardelli square, Marinas and restaurants and bars. The room was comfy where the air conditioning did work. Decent experience there.

The room was simply decorated and the location was unbeatable, the beds were perfect. Elegant style hotel with comfortable furniture in the rooms. The extremely friendly staff at the venue. Early check-in, easy check-out. I found there lots of restaurants to eat, like Ristorante Parma that is only 10 minutes' walk away.

The bed was super comfy, so we had a really great stay. Very, very nice staff, perfect rooms. Hotel was clean enough. The venue was in a very very nice area. We loved the supper in mel's drive-in next to the hotel. Service was brilliant too.

Absolutely amazing location, POLITE staff and extra comfortable bed. The room was big size and there was free WiFi. Safe area near the hotel. Apart from that, fisherman's wharf was 5 minutes away by driving.

i liked the hotel, it was fair and neat. there was plenty of food for breakfast, including coffee and hot chocolate. ideal location to palace of fine arts event venue. also, the area was great. the easy check-in process too.
